freshwater crocodile gallopingThis is an excerpt from the sequence "GALLOP 1", slowed down to 25% normal speed to help illustrate the method in which this crocodile gallops. This is not true high-speed photography, hence the poor quality of the image, but you can clearly see the bounding leap employed by the crocodile to jump over obstacles and get to the water as fast as possible!
