Novel uses for a screwdriver

When untangling a crocodile from the net, particularly a large crocodile, extreme care needs to be taken when working around the jaws. The crocodile typically bites the net and struggles, twisting it around and often making a real mess. The solution to releasing one is to partially open the jaws which enables the net to be unhooken from the teeth. Screwdrivers come in very handy - they keep your fingers away from the teeth, allow you to manipulate the net, and don't result in injury if the crocodile does bite. They can also be used to gently open the jaws to allow the net to be removed. It's a delicate process, but with experience it can normally be done in a matter of seconds.
