The first camp at Big Bony billabong

After a hard day's (and night's!) work, it's essential to return to a comfortable camp with plenty of shade, cold drinks, good food and a relaxing sleeping bag. This was our first camp at Big Bony billabong, so called because of the large bony bream that were captured there by Grahame Webb and his team back in 1978. It was exciting to be following in the footsteps of classic work carried out on these crocodiles so many years ago.
